If you're looking to really get away from it all, York Cottage - while a new-build property - could easily fool you into thinking you're staying in a more traditional cottage, with a splendid style you'll love. The sitting room is spacious and sunny and has french doors into the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable.
There is also a useful utility room with a back door into the garden, perfect for removing muddy boots and drying wet dogs! The three bedrooms have comfortable beds dressed with quality linens.
Docking is only a four mile drive to the beautiful beach at Brancaster and is a well-served village with shop, pub and fish and chip shop, all just a few minutes’ walk away.
