The stunning Tun House is part of the prestigious Maltings development, widely known as one of North Norfolk's landmark historic buildings. Located just outside the lovely Georgian town of Holt, and a short car journey from the coast at Blakeney and Cley-next-the-Sea, this fantastic property is a perfect year-round holiday hideaway.
Once you walk through the double glazed entrance door, the striking full-height entrance hall with its tiled floor and stunning feature-glazed staircase welcomes you to this fabulous property and you immediately realise you have a real treat in store. The barn has been fitted out from top to bottom with quality fixtures and fittings and the whole ambience is one of space and light, offering a really relaxing escape.
Standing on the banks of the Glaven Valley and listed in 'Hidden Places of East Anglia' as "a truly charming place in the most delightful of settings", Letheringsett is famous for its working mill which is the last remaining fully-working watermill in Norfolk and is open to the public. The village boasts the renowned pub, The King’s Head which serves good food and holds barbecues throughout the summer months.
