This freshly renovated dog-friendly property is surrounded by its own gorgeous private garden complete with hot tub. It's based in the pretty seaside village of Old Hunstanton, just a few minutes' walk from the unspoilt beach. The village also boasts its own Michelin-starred restaurant, the Neptune, along with a variety of local shops and a beach café. An award-winning beachside golf course can also be found nearby.
The property itself sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, with plenty of space to socialise and relax. On the ground floor you'll find a light and airy sitting room with a bay window looking into the garden, as well as a log-burning stove to give a cosy ambience. This room has plenty of comfortable furniture, as well as a flatscreen Smart TV, an Apple TV, and a DVD player. Just off from the sitting room you'll find a pleasant snug room, perfect for relaxing with a book. Another door leads to the games room, which sports a pool table and a table football game, as well as two sofas and a flatscreen TV. As if that wasn't enough, there's also a garden room with a light and airy feel, windows on three sides, a glazed roof, two sofas and a digital radio.
The Warren is well equipped for a self-catering holiday, with an attractive and well equipped kitchen decked out with a range oven and gas hob, a larder fridge with an icebox, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a wine cooler fridge, as well as a built-in dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. A serving hatch leads through to the breakfast area, which has a dining table to seat 8 and a window to the garden room. Through a door in here you'll also find a main dining room with a modern and stylish feel, again with a pine table to seat 8 and a window looking out to the front of the cottage.
The ground floor also has a cloakroom with WC and basin, as well as a utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a basin and additional storage space.
One well-furnished double bedroom is found on the ground floor. On the first floor you'll find two more double bedrooms, both overlooking the back garden and one with a pair of French doors leading out to a rear balcony. Each bedroom has plenty of clothes storage as well as its own en-suite bathroom with a rain shower.
The Warren is based within its own large private garden with a well maintained lawn and some beautiful trees and shrubs. It's perfect for sunny days, with a number of terraced areas ideal for sitting out as well as a raised sun terrace. And if you really want to unwind, why not treat yourself to a soothing dip in the hot tub?
