Taureans is situated in a tranquil locale on the outskirts of Wells-next-the-Sea, with relaxing and private surroundings, but it's just a brief stroll to access all the amenities of the bustling seaside town.
Built in 2017, Taureans is located on the Staithe Place development, an exclusive collection of traditionally styled properties on the outskirts of the beautiful seaside town of Wells. The house benefits from a peaceful, relaxing environment, an enclosed private garden, and off road parking for two cars. The house is fitted out and equipped to a very high standard and is comfortably furnished throughout. There are three bedrooms over two floors (two king size and a double) and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite, so this an ideal house for couples and friends looking to enjoy time away together. It's also a super family house and both a travel cot and high chair are provided (no stair gate). On the ground floor there is a lovely sitting room, with plenty of comfy seating, a TV with BT Vision and a Soundbar for when you just want to chill and listen to your favourite music. The adjoining kitchen/diner has everything you need if you feel like dining in after a busy day out and about, but there are so many great places to eat locally that you might be tempted to leave the cooking to someone else! The house has full central heating and great insulation so you will always be cosy, even during the winter months.
There is so much to see and do in Wells you will be spoilt for choice - a fabulous beach, a fascinating, bustling Quayside, fantastic birdlife, wonderful coastal walks, interesting shops and galleries to browse. Should you ever feel the need to explore further afield you can always just hop onto the Coasthopper bus and it will take you to all the other coastal villages from Cromer to Kings Lynn.
Wells-next-the-Sea is a hub for North Norfolk coastal activities. From the picturesque harbour (where crabbing is a must) you can either walk, take the narrow-gauge railway or drive to the spectacular beach with its famous array of colourful beach huts. Stop at the Beach Cafe afterwards for a drink and snack - you can also hose down a sandy dog! Wells has a pretty, leafy green peaceful square,The Buttlands, which is surrounded by fine Georgian buildings. There is a bustling high street with all kind of independent shops, some lovely tearooms, great gastro pubs and restaurants. This beautiful coastline is a top destination for birders and walkers all year round. Beautiful Holkham Hall is just down the road. You can hire a bike from the quayside and spend a day exploring the coastal paths, or perhaps Holkham estate. And, don't forget to reward yourself after a busy, active day with some of the best fish and chips in the area.

Any one of them is worth exploring and discovering for yourself, but particular favourites include Burnham Market with its boutique clothing shops, and Aylsham, which offers a rich heritage and a peaceful pace of living.
