This is a tranquil holiday park with lovely views and a good on site pub. The pub prices are really good and it has a friendly atmosphere. The location is ideal if you like your walking and it is a dog friendly site. It is half an hours drive from the Yorkshire three peaks or a 5 minute drive to the Forest of Bowland off road cycling area. 20 Minutes will get you into Skipton or there is nearby Settle too. The park Wi-Fi isn't brilliant and I would not rely on it for anything more than basic e-mails. But it is an ideal location for relaxing and enjoying the lack of night time light pollution. Did I mention the excellent walking nearby?

A beautiful park, very peaceful, if your looking for a relaxing break in the country don`t look any further, the caravan we hired was very nice indeed in a lovely spot too, we took a Bus to Settle it stops outside reception a return ticket was on £3 pp. very good value, we had a walk roung the "Foot Golf" on the site which i`m sure must be great fun for the youngsters (you need a football or similar to play), There are three beautiful birds of prey near reception the Eagle owl Ozzie is flown at 5pm daily sadly we didn`t get to see this, the farm shop on site has most essential things if you forget something and not over expensive like some site shops can be, can highly recommend a stay at Bowlend Fell.
