Situated in a quiet residential area just a ten-minute walk from Burnham Market village centre, Spoonbills is attractively decorated and comfortably furnished, providing a relaxing escape for up to 6 people.
This beautifully refurbished and extended brick and flint character bungalow is both spacious and comfortable. With three bedrooms (king size, double and twin) and three bathrooms, Spoonbills is perfectly suited to families, couples and friends who want a quiet location, a lovely landscaped private garden and plenty of off road parking. The light and airy, predominantly open plan, sociable living space has fold around access to the well-equipped modern fitted kitchen where corner bi-folding doors open onto the decked patio and fully enclosed rear garden. Spoonbills has a wonderful 'easy' atmosphere, and there is ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy at any time of the year - slide open the doors in the summer and enjoy some al fresco dining, light the log burner in the cooler months, and settle down to watch your favourite series on tv.
Spoonbills is the perfect base for exploring the local area and further afield, with easy access to beautiful coastal and rural North Norfolk, and equally is just the place to be if you feel like 'staying at home'. If you want to stretch your legs, take a stroll into Burnham Market for a mooch around the shops, a spa treatment, a bite to eat or maybe catch the Coasthopper bus and have a day out visiting the other villages and attractions along the coast, including the truly stunning nearby beaches.

Undoubtedly for many, Burnham Market is the jewel in North Norfolk’s crown; a stunning Georgian village with a picturesque village green surrounded by 18th century houses, a plethora of shops, trendy boutiques, café’s, restaurants, deli’s and of course The Hoste, still one of the best known and most popular places to eat and drink in North Norfolk. Make sure you also pay a visit to 20 North Street, Twenty9 and The Lord Nelson pub/restaurant which serves good food and ales all day. There is also a Chinese takeaway and fish and chip shop located at the garage on the edge of the village, and nearby is a very handy village supermarket.
