Seagrass is a contemporary holiday home with roomy open-plan living spaces and luxurious furnishings and fittings, making for a truly comfortable stay. The property boasts a large kitchen diner and a choice of comfortable seating in the sitting room/snug areas with ample seating and a modern fireplace with log burner.
Finished to a high standard, Seagrass is perfect for families of varying ages with three double bedrooms, all en suite, one of which is on the ground floor. The ground floor has underfloor heating throughout whilst the upstairs rooms have radiators apart from the en-suite which has a heated towel rail. Bi-fold doors open onto the raised decked area, a perfect place to enjoy the evening sun.
Thornham is an old smuggling village right on the North Norfolk Coast. Wide expanses of salt marsh separate the village from the sea and it is a paradise for walkers and bird watchers. There are several great places to eat including The Village Deli,selling all manner of local produce and great coffee, The Lifeboat Inn, an old smuggling haunt complete with heavy beams and roaring fires, The Orange Tree a gastro pub and The Coach House selling pizza and pasta. The beach, reached by a walk over the sea defence over the salt marshes, is stunning and you will be rewarded by peace and quiet!
Glazed door leads into the light and spacious entrance hall with wall lighting, stairs leading to the first floor accommodation and doors to ground floor bedrooms and open plan living area.

The room features a modern log burning stove with built-in log storage and stylish white shutters to all the windows. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player. Table lamps lamps. The snug area has two decorative print sofas and a rustic table. The Bi-fold doors lead onto the raised decking area with attractive lighting.and under-floor heating.
A beautiful spacious kitchen breakfast room with vaulted beamed ceiling and a quality fitted kitchen with Silestone worktops. The kitchen area includes Belfast sink and mixer taps. Integrated appliances include 70/30 fridge freezer and dishwasher, electric oven with halogen hob and cooker hood. There is a large farmhouse table and chairs, plenty of room for visiting guests in this wonderfully social space.
With window to rear overlooking the rear courtyard garden, washing machine, tumble dryer and airing cupboard. There is an external door the side/rear garden. Please be advised the tumble dryer will no longer be available from December 2018.

The raised deck is a wonderfully social space and leads out from Seagrass through the bi-fold doors. The garden is fully enclosed by a wall and fencing with decorative lighting on the decking and steps leading to the lawn. There is a quiet corner of the garden with terrace and bench, an ideal spot to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine.
