Located in a small select development, just a five minute walk from the centre of the village, Seagrace is an attractive brick and carrstone detached property constructed in 2017. Well-equipped and full of modern comforts, this lovely property will suit a small family, couples and friends who are looking for a convenient base from which to explore the surrounding coastal and rural delights in this part of North West Norfolk and also have handy access to great local amenities.
With two bedrooms (double and twin), a family bathroom, kitchen/diner and cosy sitting room enjoying views over the garden, Seagrace will not disappoint holidaymakers of all ages at any time of the year. There's always plenty to see and do - making sandcastles or trying your hand at some water sports on a choice of fabulous local beaches. Enjoy lovely walks on the Peddar's Way and North Norfolk Coastal path, birdwatching (it's a birder's paradise), visiting a country house or two (both Sandringham House and Houghton Hall are close by) or take a tour around Norfolk Lavender. If you are a foodie and eating out is your favourite thing, you are truly spoilt for choice .
Heacham is a lovely friendly village with lots of amenities including Tesco Express, two pubs, plenty of shops and a large play area. There are two beaches, North beach and South beach, which enjoy spectacular sunsets. Popular with water sport enthusiasts, this area is ideal for sea kayaking and paddle boarding. There is a local water sports club which allows members to enjoy other sports such as jet skiing and speed boating. Heacham is also the home of Norfolk Lavender which is well worth a visit. The fields around the village shrouded in purple during the summer months is a delightful sight. The sandy beach at Hunstanton is just half a mile away and the treasures of Holme and Thornham a short drive down the coast. The Sandringham estate, with its very attractive estate villages, is on the doorstep.

Norfolk is dotted with many delightful market towns which are well worth a visit, many situated along the coast and all with their own unique charm. Any one of them is worth exploring and discovering for yourself, but particular favourites include Burnham Market with its boutique clothing shops, and Aylsham, which offers a rich heritage and a peaceful pace of living.
