Mellerstain Lodge, Loch Lomond
Mellerstain is a beautifully appointed holiday lodge with everything you need for a relaxing lakeside holiday. Mellerstain is set on the banks of Loch Lomond and has private balconies where you can relax and enjoy the view.
The lodge has an open plan living/dining area with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering such as oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. however, if you don't feel like cooking then why not book a 'chef in the lodge experience' see the 'things to do' tab for more details.
Mellerstain has two bedrooms, both with zip and link matresses meaning the beds may be set as either twins or doubles according to your preferences. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps an additional 2 people. Mellerstain lodge is great for larger parties as it has the facility to interconnect with another lodge onsite, Drumlanrig. The interconnecting properties can sleep a maximum of 12 people altogether.

'Chef in a Lodge'
Enjoy gourmet dining from the comfort of your own lodge. Hire our private chef to come and cook for you and 6 guests. Chef in a Lodge is a great way to celebrate a special occasion. There is a flat rate of £60 for the chef service and depending on your menu choices, the price works out around £25 per head.
Our shore line is a favourite haunt of game and coarse fishermen and is now available exclusively to Waterfront guests. Friendly ghillies (instructors) can be hired to show novices the ropes or to accompany the more ambitious fisherman to the remote mountain lochs in the area.
Tailored Whisky Tasting
Hosted by the local whisky ambassador, enjoy these informal whisky tasting events in the comfort of your luxury holiday lodge. A tasting lasts around two hours and can be pre or post dinner. If you wish, your whisky tasting can take place during your meal with the whisky specially selected to compliment the food.
