This detached house, which is situated in West Norfolk around 3 miles from the coastal town of Hunstanton, in the appealing seaside resort of Heacham, can sleep up to 6 adults as well as an additional 2 children, making it a perfect coastal retreat for a larger family group.
Based in a quiet area in the popular village of Heacham, this holiday property has been thoroughly refurbished to ensure comfort and convenience, and is well located for beautiful local beaches as well as convenient amenities. This is a great holiday house, perfect for both families and friends to enjoy.
Lavender House is light and bright and furnished in a fresh, contemporary style. The spacious downstairs living areas all have engineered wooden flooring, except for the kitchen and bathroom which have tiled floors with underfloor heating. There is a lovely sitting room with lots of comfy seating and a wood burning stove to light on cooler evenings. There is a useful, adjoining sun room/fourth bedroom with doors leading out to the patio and garden and a fabulous, well-equipped, modern kitchen with dining area overlooking the fully enclosed, landscaped south facing garden and has french doors opening onto the patio.
Heacham is a great base from which to explore both rural and coastal North West Norfolk. If you are looking for family fun things to do; some historical houses and nature reserves to visit; want to experience some of the wonderful bird life that visit these shores in both winter and summer months; fancy a walk along the Peddars Way or North Norfolk Coastal Path; or maybe would just like to spend a day on the beach with your picnic, you need look no further!
Heacham is a great location for families with two unspoilt beaches, a range of shops and many places to eat, including a fish and chip shop and several pubs.
Some of the nearby local attractions include, Norfolk Lavender, Snettisham Park Farm, RSPB Nature Reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell, Sandringham House.
Heacham Manor is now open with a newly designed championship 18 hole golf course with reasonable green fees.
The North Norfolk coast is 5 minutes drive away through Old Hunstanton.

Norfolk is dotted with many delightful market towns which are well worth a visit, many situated along the coast and all with their own unique charm. Any one of them is worth exploring and discovering for yourself, but particular favourites include Burnham Market with its boutique clothing shops, and Aylsham, which offers a rich heritage and a peaceful pace of living.
