Juliot Cottage is a superb dog-friendly coastal escape for two, located in the popular Cornish town of St Ives. Having achieved a Gold Award and a 5-star rating from Visit England, this self-catering holiday home is perfect for a break by the seaside.

This lovely property is easy to access, situated on the ground floor. The open-plan living space includes a comfortable sofa and underfloor heating, with a flatscreen Smart TV, high-speed wi-fi internet, and a Bluetooth radio.

An extending breakfast bar with seating for two separates the living space from the kitchen area, which comes well equipped for all your self-catering needs. Here you'll find an integrated oven with halogen hob, an integrated microwave, and a handy fridge, toaster, dishwasher, and even a Nespresso coffee machine.

Step into the spacious double bedroom and you'll instantly feel welcome. A king-size bed is set up with a luxurious mattress and high-end linen and duvet. There's also a Smart TV, a hairdryer, and plenty of storage space and clothes hangers. A travel cot is available for a young child (up to 3 years old) on request.

En-suite to the main bedroom is a large bathroom with a shower over the bath. High-end bathroom fittings, luxury towels and bath products, underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, and a waterproof flatscreen TV combine to make this a place of true relaxation.

Juliot Cottage also enjoys a generous shared outdoor space which has been wonderfully landscaped and comes with comfortable garden furniture as well as an outside shower great for cleaning off the sandy residue from your latest beach trip. Sit out in the sun and relax.

Also provided for the convenience of guests are communal facilities including a washer/dryer, an iron and ironing board, and body boards which can be borrowed free of charge if you plan on taking to the waves.
