This welcoming holiday bungalow dates back to the 1930s and provides perfect accommodation for a large family, sleeping up to 8 people. It boasts a superb location in the pretty village of Warham, just a short drive from the beautiful seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea, where you can delight in fishing for crabs from the Quayside, catch the narrow-gauge steam train to the beach, count the multi-coloured beach huts and swim and breathe in the sea air, while the children build sand castles to their hearts content! This laid-back single storey cottage sits in a third of an acre of land, right on the outskirts of the pretty village of Warham and is just a 10 minute walk away from The Three Horseshoes pub/restaurant.
Families will adore this 'swallows and amazons' experience and delight in gathering around the kitchen table for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or simply dining alfresco outside on a warm summer evening. Grove bungalow has been used for the last few years as a much-loved second home by the owners and therefore you'll find everything that you could need for a few days or few weeks away on the coast. The light and bright sitting room is cosy and features a gorgeous wood buring stove Sleeping eight in three bedrooms, this cottage bungalow is perfect for an extended family or two families wishing to holiday together. The outside space is undoubtedly one of the loveliest things about this holiday home and the garden is awash with wildflowers and butterflies in the summer and children will adore exploring the garden.
This cottage will become a much-loved escape for families or a group of friends wanting a relaxed holiday in a great location. It is well placed for exploring the best beaches and locations along the North Norfolk coasts, yet it is far enough away from the crowds to escape from the hurly burly too.
Warham is situated in the centre of the stunning North Norfolk coast, tucked away just behind the coast road which you wouldn't find if you weren't looking!
A short walk from the salt marshes just east of Wells, Warham is on several well-known walking routes and just off the Peddars Way and with the renowned Three Horseshoes pub/restaurant now open again, this popular establishment is well-known for serving home-cooked food, so is a fabulous place to head to for a refreshing pint or a hearty bite to eat.
The village boasts views across the Stiffkey valley and towards Wighton in the south and has two churches and the remains of two large manor houses, one of which was owned by the Turner family, once major landowners who were in the end eclipsed by the Holkham Estate.

Norfolk is dotted with many delightful market towns which are well worth a visit, many situated along the coast and all with their own unique charm. Any one of them is worth exploring and discovering for yourself, but particular favourites include Burnham Market with its boutique clothing shops, and Aylsham, which offers a rich heritage and a peaceful pace of living.
