Bramley is really something special, an iconic property which was designed by the architect Robin Spence and took inspiration from Californian oceanside dwellings. The bright and airy decor will certainly put you in the mood for a day out by the sea, which is perfect as it's located just a short walk from the superb sands of Old Hunstanton. A mixture of contemporary fixtures and mid-century furnishings guarantee both comfort and a feeling of stylishness for anyone staying here.
Old Hunstanton is a rarity along the North Norfolk coast in that you can get very close to the beach without walking a long way over the salt marshes! Miles of sand, gentle sand dunes and beach huts make this a perfect family seaside holiday destination.
For the more active Old Hunstanton has become a mecca for Kite Surfing.
Hunstanton Golf Course, a challenging links course is voted amongst the top 100 courses in Britain.
There are great places to eat, all within walking distance of our holiday cottages, including The Neptune a Michelin Star restaurant, The Lodge Hotel and a lovely traditional beach cafe serving a good fry up!
The lifeboat station is a good place to visit and maybe see in action. The hovercraft being launched is a sight wellworth seeing!

An internal sliding screen separates open plan living area from the Snug seating area which can also be used as an additional bedroom with sofa bed.
With large comfy sofa which converts to a king-size bed. There is a 43 inch Sony flatscreen television with Freeview channels, Sony video and Netflix. There is also a Bluetooth Digital DAB Wireless radio with speakers and base unit. Large sliding doors lead onto the rear garden with patio area.

The house is situated in a quiet private unmade road less than five minutes walk to the beach.
The gardens are private and enclosed by fencing to the rear and mature hedging and a gate to the front with mature apple tree.
There is some garden furniture for outside eating and barbecue, and patio area to the rear with lawn. You can hear the sea from the garden and glimpse it from the house!
Parking in the driveway for two cars or one car and a boat.

What can I do?
Norfolk is dotted with many delightful market towns which are well worth a visit, many situated along the coast and all with their own unique charm. Any one of them is worth exploring and discovering for yourself, but particular favourites include Burnham Market with its boutique clothing shops, and Aylsham, which offers a rich heritage and a peaceful pace of living.
