About the Resort
Experience bespoke accommodation near the Yorkshire Dales - combining contemporary luxury and eco-friendly living. The 17 eco-lodges have an open plan design and are fitted with ceiling to floor windows. The kitchen, lounge and dining area are all furnished to the highest standard as well as the spacious bedrooms where you’ll find comfortable beds made up with the finest Egyptian cotton. Each lodge is fitted with a flat screen TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi.
Situated on the gateway to the Dales National Park not far from the town of Richmond, our luxurious accommodation overlooks some of the most wild and rugged landscapes in North Yorkshire. The Yorkshire Dales National Park is one of the most exceptional places in England and a fitting setting for our beautifully designed eco-lodges. Our custom designed timber lodges are built from sustainable wood and have biomass heating.

Looking for the perfect family day activity? Plan a visit to Big Sheep Little Cow Farm in Bedale, bottle feed the lambs, meet Harry the goat, Lucky the Shetland and Pierre the Llama! There is a play barn for the little’uns to burn off some energy and a café for the adults!
The Forbidden Corner

Expect the unexpected as you navigate your way through tricks, puzzles, tunnels and challenges in this strangest of tourist attractions. Originally built as a private folly, this incredible attraction is suitable for adventurers of all ages.
River Swale Walk

Don your walking apparel and head to the river Swale in Richmond where you’ll find some popular walking trails offering stunning riverside scenery. If you head up river, there are a series of waterfalls at Kisdon and there are also more dramatic waterfalls in Richmond itself.
Richmond Castle

Head to Richmond Castle for breath-taking views, rich history, stunning gardens and interesting architecture. View the landscape from the keep and take a picnic to eat alfresco in the castle gardens.

There are loads of activities to do near the lodges, the river Swale is the perfect fishing spot for keen anglers and fly fishermen; it is also a great location for a riverside walk. The terrain is interesting and valid for cyclists and there are countryside stunning views.
