Using your Discount Voucher
These terms and conditions (together with any relevant documents referred to in them (including the Website terms of use)) set out the terms relating to the redemption of Promotional Discount Voucher.

1.2 By confirming your order using the Discount Voucher you are accepting these terms and conditions. Any terms which you seek to impose in respect of the order for Discount through this site will not form part of any contract between us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming your order. If you have any queries on these terms, please contact us before ordering using a Discount Voucher.
1.3 To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy the following order of precedence will apply:

Terms Relating to the Redemption of the Discount Code
2.1. How to redeem the discount code – You must sign up via the website address (URL) shown on the Discount Voucher in order to receive the code. You must use the discount code provided at the point of purchase when placing your order online or over the telephone.
2.2. The booking must be made before 28/02/2020 and the holiday must be taken before 31/12/2020.
2.3. This discount code is only valid for bookings in excess of £499 to be used on any of the properties advertised on michaelpaulholidays.co.uk
2.4. Only one Discount Code can be used per booking.
2.5. This offer is subject to availability.
2.6. Bookings which have already been made cannot retrospectively claim this offer.
2.7. You must be 18 or over to make a booking or take part in this promotion.
2.8. You cannot use a Discount Code in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the promotional discounts state that you can combine the discount code with other offers.
2.9. The discount code can only be used for one booking.
2.10. The discount code will expire on 28/02/2020 at midnight, or before subject to availability of which we will notify you via email. You cannot use the discount code after this date.
2.11. The discount code has no cash redemption value.
2.12. Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any ordered placed using this discount code and the website terms of use for using our site also apply.
2.13. We reserve the right to vary, in whole or in part, or discontinue, withdraw or suspend the discount offer at any time without warning.
3. Our Right to Vary these Terms and Conditions
3.1 We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of sale from time to time including to reflect changes affecting our business, changes in payment method, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our availability.
3.2 You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of sale in force at the time that you use your discount code, unless any change to those policies or these terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to order previously placed by you).
4. Law and Jurisdiction
4.1 The terms and conditioned will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
