COVID-19 Coronavirus Update

We want to keep you as up to date as possible with changes to your holiday booking. We would also like to reassure you that we are continuing to follow all the government advice regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus situation. The welfare of our guests is and will always remain our top priority.

If your booking is affected, we will contact you to advise on whether there may be the possibility of postponing your holiday to a future date. In view of the latest government advice, many holiday parks have now closed for deep cleaning. Of these, some are offering postponement options with time frames of up to a year, although each park is different. This means that if you booked your holiday for 1st June, for example, with a park that offers postponement up to 9 months, you could move the booking to 1st March 2021.

Please do note, however, that holiday bookings are made under the terms and conditions of individual properties and resorts, so your rights in the event of a cancellation or postponement may vary.
