Brynteg Coastal & Country Retreat Booking Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel/terminate the booking at any time, if in our opinion, the behaviour of any member of your party is likely to spoil the enjoyment or comfort of others. In that instance no refund will be made and we shall have no further liability to you.

Only those people named on the booking form are entitled to occupy the accommodation at any one time. On breach of this condition the booking will be cancelled. No refund will be made for the unexpired portion of that booking.

In the event of cancellation or early departure, no monies will be refunded. With this in mind, we highly recommend that all holiday makers take out suitable travel insurance in order to cover themselves against any possible unforeseen circumstances resulting in cancellation of the holiday.  If you cancel your booking we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation. If this is not possible for all or part of the original booking, fees paid or the relevant proportion will be forfeited. You will be responsible for the cost to us of re-letting the accommodation.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The accommodation will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.  

The accommodation and all contents must be kept in the condition in which you find them. Accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage.  

MAKING A BOOKING

Bookings will not be accepted from anyone under 18 years of age.

All bookings are made with Brynteg Holiday Home Park LLP.

Our Park is intended for family holidays, we may refuse application from all male/female groups.

In the case of late bookings, where payment has not been made you must notify us, if possible in writing, or if not by telephone if you may arrive later than 5pm. If you fail to do so we may re-let the accommodation and will have no further obligation to you.  

Special requests (e.g. adjacent properties, specific location). These cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to satisfy them.  

PARK RULES

You must observe the Park Rules. The Park Rules will be enclosed in your Welcome Pack.

You may not invite guests onto park without our consent and guests may only use the park facilities off peak and with permission.

Pets are not allowed in the hire fleet unless the unit is specified as pet friendly.

Invited guests cannot stay in the accommodation overnight and must leave the park no later than 11pm

You must display a Brynteg parking pass in the window of your car with the plot number clearly marked whilst on park.

We cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party during your holiday, unless it is our fault.

GENERAL

It is our aim at Brynteg to make your stay with us an enjoyable and relaxing one. If you have any queries or problems, please do not hesitate to ask a member of our staff who will be happy to assist.

For health and safety purposes if you or a member of your party should develop an infectious disease during your holiday notification must be received immediately.
