Dave (TripAdvisor)

Very quiet location, just what we wanted. Lovely scenery around this area of Wales.

Janet (TripAdvisor)

Fabulous views, great walks from your doorstep and easy to get around the peninsula.

Gillian (TripAdvisor)

The property was everything we expected and more besides. Everything we needed for a relaxing break was there.

The Hay Barn was immaculate, warm and quiet. It was well furnished and I slept well every night.

The accommodation was great with everything we needed and very attentive but discrete onsite staff. There were other families on site and it was great for our children to make friends but it's also a very quiet and peaceful location.

What can I do?

Ffestiniog Railway

Founded in 1832, the Ffestiniog Railway is the oldest independent railway in the world. The train takes you on a 13½ mile journey up into the mountains of Snowdonia. The journey into the mountains is sure to impress you with its breath-taking views of ancient forests, glassy lakes and roaring waterfalls.

Outdoor Adventure Course

An hour away is the ‘Go Ape’ tree top adventure course the perfect way to inject some adrenaline into your holiday! However, if you prefer flying to climbing you should check out Zip World and take a ride across Penrhyn quarry on the longest Zip Wire in Europe! Reaching up to 100mph this is not an activity for the faint hearted!
