There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 with a zip and link mattress meaning the room can be set up as either a twin or a double. The cottage has 1 luxury family bathroom with a shower over the bath, a WC and basin. Outside there is a relaxing patio area.

Alternatively, there are lots of rides suitable for younger children such as the carousel and the animal express. For some educational fun visit the Victorian village or the Britain in the Blitz exhibition.
For traditional seaside fun head to Pentewan Sands situated only 7 minutes’ drive from your villa. The sandy beach and clear blue waters provide the perfect surroundings for a relaxed day out with friends and family. Dogs are allowed on the beach during off peak season so if you’re visiting during winter don’t forget to bring your four-legged friend.

Bikes are a great way to get out and about in St Austell. If you don’t want to bring your own cycles you can hire bikes at the base of the Pentewan trail. The clay trails are excellent cycling territory. You’ll pass miles of beautiful scenery as well as the old derelict mines.
