The village of Kilkhampton is also nearby (about a 15 minute walk) where you'll find a great local pub, The London Inn, which serves real ales and pub food all day.

It is just a short drive into the centre of Bude, a seaside town with direct access to Summerleaze beach as well as a sea water filled pool. In Bude, you'll find plenty of shops and supermarkets to explore as well as a picturesque harbour area.

The Camel Trail is a cycle and walking trail covering approximately 18 miles of flat terrain between Padstow, Wadebridge and Bodmin. There are many guides and maps available showing both the route and great stop off points along the way.
